Our Infrastructure

Network

Servers within Net Data Design highly redundant, multi-homed network utilize Multiple Tier 1 connectivity providers like UUNet, Sprint, Level3 and Global Crossing for a superior level of thru-put and uptime. These Internet uplinks are connected to our physical network by redundant Cisco Routers, that in turn connect to Redundant Netscreen Firewalls.

Back-Up Systems

Both Web Servers and Database servers are backed up daily. In fact, because we host so many data-driven sites, the database servers are redundant and backed up every 15 minutes. this allows us to easily roll-back data should a client have an emergency.

Power

Generators supply robust power while on-site fuel reserves provide multiple days of uninterrupted availability. Internally, top-quality, redundant UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems offer continuous operation in the unlikely event of a power outage.

Monitoring

All critical infrastructure components are monitored using SNMP management tools such as Open View.
